Medium-term Fellowships are offered for a period of eight months to in-service professionals working in organizations involved in health-related activities. The purpose of these Fellowships is to build institutional capacity in identified technical fields through training of individuals working with these institutions. The training methodology used is modular and work-based in nature, allowing trainees to undertake courses while continuing with their employment.
