M&E Reports 2008 intake

Medium-term Fellows implement a supervised project as part of the training. The projects are meant to give the Fellow hands on training experience and to build institutional capacity. The Institutions from where Fellows come from must be part of the project (they must own it). Fellows' competencies and capabilities are also built as they implement the projects.
